Individual Therapy:
15 minute phone or video consultation, no fee.
$155 for initial intake session (standard 70 minutes), charged nightly following session date.
$175 for 1 hour session (standard 53 minutes), charged nightly following session date.
Late cancellations incur an 80% fee.
Group Therapy:

$55 per person/per group, pre-paid monthly.

Lakestone Therapy, and Lakestone Humanistic Psych LLC, is considered an out-of-network (OON) provider for healthcare. A “superbill” emailed following payment serves as documentation of services provided. Submit documentation to benefit provider as an OON claim for potential reimbursement.
To explore your OON benefits, contact your insurance by calling the number on the back of your card. Here are some helpful questions to ask them:

• Does my plan include out-of-network (OON) benefits?
• What is my individual and/or family deductible?
• What is my annual out-of-pocket maximum?
• What part of that deductible have I met so far (if at all)?
• What is my copay on out-of-network (OON) behavioral health session?
• How do I submit documentation for reimbursement?
• Do you reimburse for psychologist credential (often has higher reimbursement rates for doctoral level clinician)?
Lakestone Therapy does not have the ability to tell you exactly how long you will be needing therapy services, but you may create an estimate of ($ rate of session x 1 session/week) x 47 weeks/year (on average) = the approximate total you will end up spending on therapy per year.
